The hotel was neat and the staff were eager to help. Bathroom was marble, and the room itself was well heated. Adjacent to the beach that was idyllic.

The check-in was self, we liked piano bar. The location was very suitable, minutes from mill creek park. The beach nearby was wonderful and the view was spectacular. Romantic room with good beds. Breakfast was scrumptious - lots of options.
Paid usd 10 per 24 hours to access the net, yet Wi-Fi was crappy.

Lovely location, polite staff, beautiful room. I loved the room, the bed was comfortable. They made my stay magnificent! Breakfast had a marvellous buffet option. Spotless place and great service.

The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. Our kudos go to manager for the hospitality! Truly enjoyed Cafe Express, it was just walking distance from the hotel and offered nice treats. The property is definitely recommended to everyone.

I liked the lobby, it was beautiful. Got absolutely perfect, lovely room with a view. Shuttle was a nice touch.

We had 2 nights in Kansas City, spend our time here comfortably. Coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator were available. Visited their restaurant Main Street Grill couple of times...

we really enjoyed the service and staff and excellent prices. this hotel was adjacent to such tourist places as westport. a wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like main street grill that was only 5 minutes' walk away. wifi was a great addition.
